Savings Bank Quadrangle Tübingen

The new central Savings Bank building forms the most important 'cornerstorn' of the administration center far beyond the Tübinger historic quarter. A clear cube upon a recessed plinth has been created, accounting for a generous entrance level. The event forum, the conference areas and the caféteria are located at ground level. The offices of the different departments are located on the five upper floors. Due to the shading elements mounted at a substantial distance to the facade and the location of the sun, the appearance of the building varies from glass clad to compact and closed.
