Allianz Area Stuttgart

Both highrises of the Allianz Life Insurance below the Karlshöhe Stuttgart are on one hand landmarks of Stuttgart an on the other hand a certificate of urban development that contradicts today's reflections. The target of this feasibility study ist to find a solution for this conflict by continued using as housing. Furthermore the areal should open the city district West to the Karlshöhe. This was attained by a big landscape staircase and an urban base.
