Disposition building PH+HVF Ludwigsburg

The PH and the HVF are planning a new building for the increased demand for student workplaces, lecture, seminar and office rooms, which will be available to both users on a 50/50 basis. The new building is intended to set a clear example in terms of urban development and, as the first building block in the expansion of the Reuteallee campus, to introduce an overall concept in terms of urban development and open space planning that will lead to an upgrading of the central main access axis and the open areas.
The goal is to create the highest possible building and open space qualities for all users of the campus while taking into account the operation of the existing facilities, which must not be restricted in the course of the constructional realization.
