For further development of the site, the area and its location in the urban area must be anchored in the awareness of the citizens as soon as possible. To this end, opening up the site and making existing buildings usable is essential. The proposed concept envisages a temporary use of the Kammerer Belz extension for design galleries, initiatives, gastronomy and exhibitions. The former casino lends itself as an event hall for civic meetings, festivals and concerts. The extensive sealed areas can be used for a wide variety of events, from classic car meetings to skate days. These approaches create a presence for the neighborhood in the city's consciousness.
