Königstraße 12 Stuttgart

The design aims to maximize the internal and external connectivity of all uses in the building, to create a singular experiential space, and to maximize the presence of the building and its uses in the cityscape. An open hybrid landscape of uses is created, a culture of participation by all in the entire building. A differentiated unique interior space is created across the entire height of the building
