LEW-Area Neu Ulm

The new ensemble of buildings on the Bahnhofstrasse Neu Ulm impresses with its articulation of the building volume and thus fits into the surrounding area in a scaled manner in interaction with the neighboring development. The ambitious mix of uses, including public and gastronomic facilities on the first floor of the quarter, enlivens the urban space and, together with the office commercial areas and the residential units, creates a new pleasant and urban atmosphere at the location.
