With the aim of implementing the entire project as a multi-storey timber construction, a project is being created that will set new regional and national standards for sustainable administrative buildings with a gross floor area of almost 50,000 square meters in the first construction phase and its own mobility hub with a floor area of around 16,000 square meters.

The aim is to create a building complex that is suitable for a wide variety of office types and also allows for the individual requirements of future tenants in terms of office sizes and office typologies without major interventions in the basic structures.
