Digital alternative to the topping-out ceremony

The new building for the Centre for Philology and Digitality (ZPD) at Julius Maximilian University in Würzburg has reached another important mark on its way to completion. After the groundbreaking was held about a year ago, the shell has now been completely erected and the joining of the façade elements is in full swing. For corona reasons, the topping-out ceremony was not held this time. Instead, the Würzburg State Building Authority has published a short film about the building project as an insight view into the process.

We are happy about this milestone, which is being acknowledged with a documentary report, and hope for a big celebration at the opening next year. Until then, we wish all those involved continued good progress.
