Finalist in the SIMI 2024 Grand Prix
With the multi-storey Aérolians business park, another building block has been completed for the new leisure and business park near Charles de Gaulle Airport. The three buildings house commercial premises, warehouses and offices on two floors. A special feature is the internal courtyard, which shields the delivery traffic and gives the building a prestigious façade facing the street.
The building is characterised by its high functionality and flexibility as well as its multi-storey organisation. This creates an extraordinary compactness that is particularly suited to the challenges of an urban environment. At the same time, it fulfils the desired sustainability requirements and has been certified with the BREEAM (Very Good level), the BiodiverCity label and the E+C label.
For this, the building was honoured as one of three finalists in the ‘Immeuble Light Industrial’ category of the international architecture prize Grands Prix SIMI 2024.
