Prix AMO 2025 - Finalist

With the multi-storey commercial complex Fly Parc, we have been selected as one of three finalists in the “TransEuropArchi” category of this year’s Prix AMO – a recognition we are truly delighted about!

The Prix AMO honors projects that emerge from close collaboration between architects and clients. In this category, the focus lies on cross-border dialogue between Germany and France.

The commercial park consists of three building volumes with warehouses, offices, and commercial spaces arranged around a central courtyard. Its two-storey structure allows for flexible use: warehouse spaces on the ground floor, with smaller units and office spaces above, accessible via a driveable ramp and complemented by gallery levels. Simple materials, wooden plinths, and polycarbonate façades create clear, bright, and welcoming spaces.
