Successful competition entry for an office block in Bordeaux
On February 20 the EPA – „Etablissement Public d’Aménagement Bordeaux-Euratlantique“ (public urban development project Bordeaux-Euratlantique), chaired by Alain Juppé, voted for our entry, which had been submitted under the leadership of developer Kaufman & Broad and in collaboration with French practice DVVD.
The office building is meant to be the flagship of the future quarter Amédée Saint-Germain in Bordeaux which will emerge 450 m south of Saint-Jean station.
