Thomas Schonder has been a partner at Auer Weber since 2026, an associate since 2023, and since 2005 has worked in the Munich office. He has overseen various construction projects as a project manager, partly in a general planning function. He is also responsible for cross-project financial and capacity planning.

Before joining Auer Weber, he worked for SIAT and CL MAP and founded his own architectural firm, .rasterpunkte architektur. He completed his studies in architecture at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich in 2001.
