Education and Supply Centre Stuttgart Clinic

Inner-city and in the neighbourhood of the 'Stadtgarten' and 'Lindenmuseum', the service centre of the Katharinen hospital inserts itself on a threshold between various uses and structures. The design adjusts to the typical Stuttgart topography. The individual uses such as the central pharmacy, feeding centre, sick-care schools and day-cares are defined as horizontal layers. Individual volumes define public open spaces on the uppermost site level.
