The new "Lichtblick" residential complex in Würzburg forms the southern city entrance to the popular Sanderau district. Its open and independent block structure orders the heterogeneous surroundings between Klara-Oppenheimer School and the streetcar depot.
The new high-rise with its sixteen floors marks the end of Friedrich-Spee-Strasse as a point of orientation. The result is a diverse, urban residential offering with the desired mix of apartment sizes and flexible floor plan design. The inner block area forms an identity-creating green center for the future residents.
