Savings and Loan Bank Böblingen

The Böblingen Savings Bank decided to reorganize the generously sized site upon which buildings from the 70's and 90's currently exist. Initially new customer areas will be created on the Bahnhof Street. In a second step, the existing buildings including the high rise and the events forum will be reorganized. The extension continues the perimeter block development. The sub-divided, profiled facade is a direkt contrast to the smooth skin of the tower. A generous lobby forms the transition to the existing building. A newly designed public path accentuates the connection to the city.
