Savings and Loan Bank in Leonberg

On the site of the former Oberes Tor (Upper Gate) in Leonberg, Sparkasse's new building sets a contemporary accent and thus strengthens the entrance situation to the town. The standalone structure stands out from the surrounding residential development due to its location and setting, and at the same time takes up the height references of the surroundings through recesses in the upper floors. Main access to the branch is via a forecourt at the road junction. In addition to the S-Forum, all customer-relevant functional areas are located on the ground floor in clear sight of each other. The workstations of the various departments are flexibly organised on the upper floors.
