Dipl.-Ing. Architect Associate Rainer Oertelt has been part of the Auer Weber team in Stuttgart since 1998 and has been an associate of the office since 2023. During his many years at Auer Weber, he has overseen a large number of competitions and managed projects of varying sizes. In addition, he is actively involved in recruiting and mentoring students. He studied architecture at the University of Kaiserslautern, graduating in 1996. Prior to joining Auer Weber, he worked at Rocho Architekten in Wuppertal.

Dipl.-Ing. Architect Associate Andreas Lehr has been a project manager focusing on construction projects in the education sector since 2015 and an associate since 2023. Prior to joining Auer Weber in Stuttgart, he worked for Werner Sobek. He studied architecture at the University of Stuttgart, specialising in resource-conscious construction and graduating in 2010. While a student, he received two honourable mentions at the Stuttgart Lightweight Design Award and worked as a research assistant at ITKE – Institute of Building Structures and Structural Design.

Dipl.-Ing. Architect Associate Tobias Laipple focuses on competitions and project management and has worked for Auer Weber in Stuttgart since 2010. He has been an associate since 2023. Previously, he worked for several years in the UK, including at Maccreanor Lavington Architects in London and Elder & Cannon Architects in Glasgow. He studied architecture at the TU Darmstadt and the École Polytechnique Féderale de Lausanne until 2005.

Dipl.-Ing. Architect Associate Sun Jong Kwon has supported Auer Weber's Stuttgart team since 2010 and has been an associate in the office since 2023. He has worked on numerous competitions. Currently, his main focus is on project management and implementation planning. After studying architecture at the University of Seoul in South Korea, he completed a second degree in architecture at the University of Stuttgart, graduating in 2009. During his studies in Stuttgart, he worked for Auer Weber.

Dipl.-Ing. Architect Associate Birgit Gierloff has been part of the Auer Weber team in Stuttgart since 2014 and has been an associate of the office since 2023. In particular, she has acquired extensive planning expertise in expansion planning. She studied architecture at the University of Stuttgart, graduating in 2014. In 2012, she was awarded a scholarship to study at Tongji University in Shanghai, and while a student worked at Foster + Partners in London, Thoma Lay Buchler Architects and Wolfgang Roth Architects in Stuttgart, as well as in the planning office Werner Sobek.

Dipl. Ing. (FH) Architect Associate Toni Felber has been part of the Auer Weber team in Stuttgart since 2014 and has since managed numerous projects from design to completion. He is responsible for the areas of finance and accounting across all projects. Prior to joining Auer Weber, he founded the interdisciplinary studio Superquadra. He studied architecture at the Rhein-Main University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden until 2011 and was a scholarship holder of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation.

Dipl.-Ing. Architect Associate Daniela Sacher's main focus is on the modernisation and expansion of existing buildings in the fields of education, culture and administration. She has been with Auer Weber in Munich since 2006 and an associate in the office since 2023. Prior to joining Auer Weber, she worked for Sartory & Focks, Ott Architekten and SIAT. She studied architecture at the TU Berlin until 1999.

M.Sc. Architect Associate Since joining Auer Weber in Stuttgart in 2017, Robert Vöhringer has worked on competitions and oversees projects primarily in the early production phases. He has been an associate since 2023. While studying architecture at the University of Stuttgart, graduating in 2017, he spent semesters abroad at the Vienna University of Technology and the Politecnico di Bari in Italy.

Architect MA Associate While a student, Julia Polzer gained practical experience at Auer Weber. In 2020 she was taken on by the Stuttgart office, where her focus is on implementation planning and the completion of construction projects. She studied at the University of Technology in Sydney on a scholarship and graduated from the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences in 2020.
