Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Architect BDA Partner Stefan Niese has been a partner of Auer Weber since 2023, an associate since 2002 and has worked in the Munich office since 1997. He studied at the TU Kaiserslautern until 1997 and was a member of the Wolf D. Prix master class at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. Since 2013, he has been a professor of sculptural design at Würzburg-Schweinfurt Technical University and continues to work as a consultant for the office.

Dipl.-Ing. Architect Partner Martin Klemp has been a partner at Auer Weber since 2023, an associate since 2003, and since 2000 has worked in the Munich office. In his role as general planner, he is also primarily responsible for large infrastructure projects. After training as a carpenter, he studied architecture and urban planning at the University of Stuttgart and the IIT in Chicago. He graduated in Stuttgart in 1996, and first worked at Schürmann + Schürmann in Stuttgart.

Dipl. Ing. Architect BDA Managing Partner Philipp Auer has been a Managing Partner at Auer Weber since 2009. He joined the Munich office in 1997 and became an associate in 2001. Philipp Auer studied architecture at the University of Stuttgart and at the TH Darmstadt until 1995. He then worked for David Chipperfield Architects in London. Between 2017 and 2022, he held teaching positions at the Münster School of Architecture MSA and the Technical University of Munich.

Dipl.-Ing. Architect Partner Felix Wiemken has been a partner at Auer Weber since 2023, has worked at the Stuttgart office since 1998 and became an associate in 2010. Over the years, the supervision of education and sports projects in Luxembourg has become the focus of his work. He studied architecture at the University of Stuttgart and the Ecole d'architecture Paris-la-Seine until 1998.

Prof. Dipl. Ing. Architect BDA Together with Fritz Auer, Carlo Weber founded the architectural firm Auer Weber in 1980. Previously, they had been partners in the office of Behnisch und Partner, which was founded in 1966. Carlo Weber studied at the TH Stuttgart and at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts in Paris and graduated in Stuttgart in 1961. From 1980 to 1990 Carlo Weber was a lecturer at the University of Stuttgart and between 1992 and 1999 Professor of Building Theory and Design at the TU Dresden. From 1996 he was a member of the Saxon Academy of the Arts. Carlo Weber passed away in May 2014.
